I still remember my first yoga class vividly. I felt so nervous as I entered the room, but was immediately calmed and uplifted by the scent and lighting, the groundedness I felt with my feet and body on the mat and the resonance I felt in my soul as I first chanted ‘Om’.
Within moments of that first class beginning, I was hooked. I passionately devoted myself to exploring and learning more about this thing called ‘Yoga’.
Now a certified Yoga instructor with years of solid practice behind me, I still pay homage to that very first experience of yoga. In pure respect for beginning students, I created Rest, Restore and Flow as an energising and relaxing class designed especially for those who are new to yoga, just as I was all those years ago.

Rest, Restore and Flow is also a fantastic class for more experienced students, allowing you to take a step back from advanced techniques and solidify the foundations of your practice once again.
